Church Camp 2018 Terms & Conditions
Registration will be considered complete only after payment is made. Payment/registration booth opens every Sunday (after service only) from 12 August to 04 November 2018
Applicants without prior rooming arrangements will be assigned suitable rooms by the Rock of Ages Church (RAC) Camp Committee accordingly
All passports must have a validity period of at least 6 months. Photograph in passport must be updated
Purchase of travel insurance is strongly recommended with respect to unforeseen circumstances
Penalty charges for cancellation: <90 days - 50%; <45 days - 75%. No refund will be given for cancellation less than 30 days prior to Camp
By signing up for this camp, you agree to participate in all camp activities (e.g. teaching, team building sessions etc.)
Please follow the instructions of the Pastors and Camp Committee members, and be punctual for activities
Please do not leave the hotel unless absolutely necessary. If you really need to leave, please inform a member of the camp committee
Child rate applies to child below 12 years sharing existing room with 2 adults. *Request for adjoining room subjected to availability and priority will be given to those with young children.
